Ô¼ÅÚÊÓƵ

Kwame Davenport serves as Ô¼ÅÚÊÓƵ's Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role Kwame works across Ô¼ÅÚÊÓƵ to provide educational learning opportunities that move the organization towards reaching its EDIB goals. In addition, he is responsible for providing coaching and counseling for Ô¼ÅÚÊÓƵ leaders and teams on various EDIB related topics.

Prior to joining Ô¼ÅÚÊÓƵ in 2025, Kwame was the DEI Strategic Consultant for Yale New Haven Health where he was responsible for leading all DEI efforts for 5 Hospitals and over 150 outpatient facilities reaching more than 33,000 employees. Kwame also served as an HR business partner for the organization prior to his DEI work. He holds an MBA and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Webster University, and a BS in Sociology from Francis Marion University. Kwame currently resides in Farmington, Connecticut
