Charlotte Runzel formerly served as a Policy Analyst working to advance innovative conservation solutions through policy, research, and management in a changing climate. At Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµ Charlotte focused on marine conservation and Gulf of Mexico restoration. Prior to working at Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµ, she interned at Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History and the Sierra Club San Francisco Bay Chapter and performed extensive climate change research on marine sponges in French Polynesia and kelp in California’s intertidal zone. Charlotte has a degree in Marine Science from the University of California, Berkeley. As an avid scuba diver, Charlotte’s passion for the ocean shines through to her work.
