Allison Vogt

Chief Strategy Integration Officer

Allison Vogt serves as Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµâ€™s Chief Strategy Integration Officer. In this rolle Allison partners closely with Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµâ€™s executive leadership team to drive organizational change initiatives in support of Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµâ€™s Flight Plan. An ecologist by training, Allison combines her deep experience in the conservation sector with her skills as a strategist, systems thinker, and communicator. The Strategy Integration team plays a lead role in Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµâ€™s planning, budgeting, and impact evaluation processes – the building blocks of Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµâ€™s culture of learning and continuous improvement. From 2021–2024, Allison served as Chief of Staff and was a driving force in the development of Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµâ€™s Flight Plan strategy.

Prior to joining Ô¼ÅÚÊÓÆµ in 2021, Allison spent seven years at The Nature Conservancy. She served in multiple roles including as Deputy Executive Director for the Maryland/D.C. region, where she led cross-functional team to achieve landmark conservation wins, including Maryland’s largest river restoration and market-based solutions for stormwater management in the District of Columbia. Allison’s extensive network and experience in hemispheric bird conservation are a result of her role as Director of the North American Bird Conservation Initiative (NABCI) at the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies. Allison’s early career included roles as a legislative Fellow on Capitol Hill, executive director of a small nonprofit in Maine, and as an AmeriCorps volunteer in rural northern California. Allison holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and both an master’s degree in Ecology and Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Georgia.
