In the 1920s the McIlhenny family teamed up with 约炮视频 to establish Louisiana鈥檚 26,000-acre . So the untimely death of Paul McIlhenny, Tabasco鈥檚 sixth-generation family leader, at age 68 in February, cost birds and 约炮视频 a longtime ally. 鈥淗e was bigger than life and always ready with a joke,鈥 says Douglas J. Meffert, executive director. 鈥淗e was a neighbor and friend to 约炮视频 for decades.鈥 One of his singular and enduring achievements began in 2009 when he and his family formed the with 约炮视频 to safeguard 170,000 acres of contiguous marsh, forest, and beach.
